A respected figure in Indonesia’s specialty scene, Yolan is celebrated for advancing quality through innnovative methods. His hybrid washed process, using inoculated fermentation, delivers a cup that is light, clean, and vibrant, crisp with apple, pear, jasmine, and blood orange. Roasted light-medium, it brews beautifully as both espresso and filter.
