A full-bodied Indonesian blend built on organic Sumatran coffee, bringing a syrupy milk-chocolate richness. It’s complemented by a washed Sulawesi lot that adds a bright caramel-apple sweetness and balance.

A clean and refined washed coffee from the award-winning Java Frinsa Estate. This light roast delivers orange marmalade sweetness, honeyed depth, and a black tea finish. Clear, elegant, and beautifully structured.
Espresso
Malino Srikaya
Produced by nationally recognised producer Yolan Tirta in Topidi Village, Malino, Sulawesi, this washed lot is a beautiful example of the clarity and consistency that has made his coffees some of our favourites.
Expect rich palm sugar sweetness with a deep, umami-like character, layered with the caramelised sweetness of custard apple (srikaya) and a gentle biscuit-like nuttiness. Enjoy it black for a clean, balanced espresso, or with milk where its sweetness becomes smooth, comforting, and effortlessly drinkable.

Born in the highlands of Gayo Sumatra, this wine processed coffee is roasted medium-light to unlock vibrant berry sweetness and preserve its unique red-wine character.
Expect bold, boozy notes, thick berry depth, and a full-bodied intensity. Strong, funky, and adventurous, this cup isn’t for everyone, but perfect for those who crave something truly different.
