A clean wet-hulled coffee from Java Frinsa Estate delivers a rich chocolatey body, while a naturally processed Sumatran coffee adds a vibrant layer of fruitiness and complexity.

Kintamani Surya
Clean, sweet, and silky, this coffee takes us to the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, Bali, one of Indonesia’s younger coffee-producing regions. Here, Arabica coffee grows alongside citrus trees, a distinctive agricultural tradition that has helped shape the region’s reputation for exceptionally clean and vibrant coffees.
This washed lot captures that character beautifully. Bright citrus-like acidity meets the sweetness of baked apple, with a silky texture that brings everything together. It’s a refreshing take on washed Indonesian coffee, where clarity and sweetness take centre stage.
The coffee is produced by I Ketut Jati, one of Kintamani’s pioneering coffee producers. Through his work with local farmers to improve cultivation and processing practices, Jati helped raise the quality of coffee from the region and establish Kintamani as a recognised specialty coffee origin.
A beautiful expression of Bali’s highlands, this coffee showcases a brighter, more delicate side of Indonesian coffee.

Natcha Cosmopolitan
Natcha Coffee is known for pushing the boundaries of coffee processing, often exploring advanced fermentation techniques and wine yeast experimentation. This particular lot takes a different approach, returning to the fundamentals with a classic natural process that allows the coffee's inherent character to shine.
In the cup, expect a remarkably clean yet fruit-forward profile. Bright notes of red fruits lead the way, supported by a vanilla-like sweetness and a rounded, soft acidity that gives the coffee both vibrancy and balance. The result is expressive and complex without sacrificing clarity.
Roasted light for filter, Natcha Cosmopolitan showcases how exceptional coffee doesn't always require complicated processing.
Espresso
Malino Srikaya
Produced by nationally recognised producer Yolan Tirta in Topidi Village, Malino, Sulawesi, this washed lot is a beautiful example of the clarity and consistency that has made his coffees some of our favourites.
Expect rich palm sugar sweetness with a deep, umami-like character, layered with the caramelised sweetness of custard apple (srikaya) and a gentle biscuit-like nuttiness. Enjoy it black for a clean, balanced espresso, or with milk where its sweetness becomes smooth, comforting, and effortlessly drinkable.
