We have always been fascinated by Natcha’s expressive lineup of coffees and their ability to explore new dimensions of flavour. While this lot moves away from their signature fermentation-driven approach, we were drawn to its simplicity and the beauty of a classic natural process. It highlights the inherent character of the coffee itself, showcasing the flavours of the region while reflecting Natcha’s attention to detail and care in traditional processing.

Natcha Coffee is one of Indonesia’s most innovative coffee producers, known for pushing the boundaries of flavour through advanced fermentation and processing techniques. Working with select farms across West Java, Natcha combines scientific precision with traditional coffee craftsmanship to create distinctive and expressive coffees. Their signature approach often incorporates Carbonic Maceration and carefully selected wine yeasts, resulting in coffees that are both unique and remarkably clean. Through a relentless focus on experimentation and quality, Natcha has gained international recognition and helped showcase the potential of Indonesian coffee on the global stage.
We named this coffee Natcha Cosmopolitan as an homage to the classic cocktail known for its vibrant character and elegance. Like its namesake, this coffee is light, expressive, and fruit-forward, with bright notes of red fruits, a refined sweetness, and a beautifully balanced acidity. It captures the same sense of freshness and vibrancy that makes the Cosmopolitan a timeless classic.
