How long does it take to complete an order?

Orders take 3 to 5 days to process, depending on the item purchased. We do provide express delivery for an additional fee.

Why was I charged additional fees when my international shipment arrived?

All international customs clearance issues, import duties, fees, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the consignee/customer. Please ensure you review your local customs import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. Cêri Coffee does not take responsibility for clearing orders or consignments held by international customs authorities.

 

By default, international orders are dispatched with standard delivery, which may not require a signature upon receipt. In some cases, parcels may be left in a safe location at the delivery address provided. If you would prefer your parcel not to be left unattended, please wait for your tracking number and contact the assigned courier directly to arrange an alternative delivery option. Cêri Coffee accepts no liability for lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels after dispatch.

How is the international shipping calculated?

Our shipping rates vary depending on the country you are located in and the total weight of your order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

How long does shipping usually take?

Upon payment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and a link to track your shipment.

 

You may also opt to receive SMS notifications when your order has been dispatched and is out for delivery. Please note that all tracking information is provided directly by the courier.

 

If you are unable to locate your tracking email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Cêri Coffee, unfortunately, is unable to provide additional tracking information beyond what is supplied by the courier.
