Welcome to Vol. 2 Brew Diary by Cêri Coffee.
This is where we slow down and explore brew recipes in a way we enjoy, with curiosity, an open mind, and an appreciation for small, comforting moments.
Today, we’re sharing a Re-circulation Pour Over recipe, inspired by Black Jar's Coffee. Unorthodox yet intentional, this method highlights the bold and intense flavour of the coffee beans.

Our Thoughts and Takes:
I think this is a really fun recipe to try, especially since it’s quite different from how we usually brew. It leans towards a stronger, punchier cup, so if that’s what you’re craving, this is definitely one worth trying!
